Block One – Idea

This is where we will explore your passions and brainstorm potential profitable passions that can be turned into a viable low barrier to entry (low cost to start) micro small business or home business. The Profitable Passion Idea Block consists of three to four 45 minute one on one telephone calls to brainstorm your profitable passion small business idea or home business idea over the first two weeks of the program. In between phone calls you will have unlimited email support.
Block Two – PlanOnce you have settled on your profitable passion small business or home business idea, the next four weeks will be spent in the planning phase. We will utilize my exclusive Profitable Passion One Page Business and Marketing Plan. (Full scale business and marketing plans are simply are intimidating and simply not necessary for low barrier to entry small or home businesses.) We will walk through your mission, product, pricing, pre-launch promotion and publicity. Select a launch date, and decide on up to 3 initial post launch marketing and promotional tools. The planning phase consists of two 45 minute one on one phone calls each week of the this four week block.

Block Three – Launch!The big day is here! Your new small business or home business is ready to launch. This is a celebration day, but no time to rest, it is time to move on to the promotion block.

Block Four -PromotionPromotion is crucial to making a profit with your new Profit by Imagination small or home business profitability. Thus, it is the longest block in the program. The remaining 6 weeks will be spent implementing the 3 promotional strategies selected in the planning phase. We will talk once a week in a one on one 45 minute phone call with unlimited email support. As we go along we will measure the results of each promotion strategy, and refine, add or eliminate strategies based on what is working well vs. what may not be working as well.

Block Five – Profit.

Congratulations! You have completed the 90 day program, have your very own profitable passion small or home business and are not making money. As a client of the inaugural Profit by Imagination Coaching Program you will have unlimited email support for life. I will always be available to help.

Common to All Blocks;

• You will receive a summary and action plan within 24 hours of each call.
• You will be expected to complete the action plan discussed in each call prior to the next call.
• You will be invited to participate in a bi weekly mastermind group with the 6 other Profit by Imagination participants in your age group.
