This not only levels the playing field, but gives even the smallest solo entrepreneur global reach.
  
• Third, The Internet has also lowered the barrier to entry allowing people to start their small business or home business on a shoestring, often for less than $500.

Finally I often hear, "I do not even know where to start with building a small business or home business."
